    The day I find you good ,exactly on that day you post what I don’t like ,again I am harsh but can you prove that banana is rich in potassium ,no ,you heard ,read and posted ,where is your own effort your own creation ,all those who commented on your post justify my earlier post appreciation.

      I can not prove it scientifically but as i told i love to know how thing works.

      When i was adviced to have egg, fish, banana and many more things in my diet regularly i just asked my dietician and then i went for google search there i found those things and most important as my mother is a beautician i could find them in some books that she used to read.

      Her effort is in her own way. She is not chemist and therefore she can’t know what the banana is rich with regarding the chemical components, but she found other people that are chemist that shared their founding. Her own way of effort is finding out more about it and spreading it so others can read about the benefits of (in this case) the banana.
