Independent india :- changes needed

Good morning to all of you.

This post is regarding the upcoming day which we celebrate as independence day.๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

We all know india got its independence on 15th august, 1947. We all got freedom from colonial rule and were independent citizens.

Till that day we are celebrating this day as INDEPENDENCE DAY.

This is one of the national holiday.

Flags are hosted everyewhere from red fort to universities to colleges to school. Parades and cultural events are organised everywhere. Honourable prime minister gives his best speech. Teachers and students from schools also takes part in speechs.๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽบ

Even on sitting in the room one can listen to the patriotics songs coming from nearby school or college and if not schools and colleges there, then from the special programmes that are being telecast on the ocassion of this special day. ๐Ÿ“ฃ ๐Ÿ“ฃ

Not only this, you will find people uploading their pictures on social networking sites with a tricolour flag in their hand. Sometimes they change their status to show their love for the country. ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿ™Œ

Well these are the good parts regarding this special day and the worst part comes now.

With the start of a new day, everything changed. No more love, no more patriotism, no more speeches.

We the indians are citizens of a civlised country but rapes, crimes , thefts, corruptions everywhere.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Are they signs of being civilised ??

โžกDemocratic country provides right to equality. Are everyone really equal on the basis of their caste, gender, colour??

๐Ÿ‘‰ Or it is just a law of of our independent constitution ??

โžก Hockey the national game of india, is not even telecasted on televisions but a reality show which is not so real earns in crores.

๐Ÿ‘‰ is it the justice to national game of a country ?

โžกIndia is well known for its diversity in religions and languages but these well known diversities are creating conflicts.

๐Ÿ‘‰Is not this a matter of seriousness??

โžก Respecting other countries and thier ethics is a good way to show love for the other country but what about disrespectiong our own rituals and our own traditions.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Is this of great value??

We have got the right to express our views and sometimes we show our views against the country.
I am very sure many of us have heard other saying i wish if i were not an indian.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Is being indian disgusting???
๐Ÿ‘‰If yes then who is responsible??
๐Ÿ‘‰If not then why much influenced by other countries.

Being influenced by other countries is good because we get new things to learns. It creates a good bond among people. But what if in the order of being other we lost our own recognization.

โžกI agree, english these days are very important in order to acheive a good education, a good college ,a good job and a good salary but what about the national language of the country???

If the national language of the country can not give the benefits to its own citizens. What else can be excepted !!!

๐Ÿ‘‰If we will not respect our own nationality, who else will be going to do this for us ???

Independent india has many unaswered questions yet !!!

It is easy for us celebate this special day once in a year which we got after sacrifices of many freedom fighters.๐Ÿ‘ณ๐Ÿ‘ณ

We host flags, gives speech, upload pictures, change status, sings patriotic songs, takes part in cultural programmes, distributes sweets but were the things so easy before 1947??

Ofcourse not it was much harder than these all. But still people at that time had tried their best and porvided us the independence. We are just celebrating this day since long time but in this long time what good we have given to our country, if asked individually.

๐Ÿ‘‰ A.p.j abdul kalam, a muslim indian gave his best that he could but we are fighting on the name of caste.

๐Ÿ‘‰ india has less medical facilities and all the best doctors of india are practising in abroad.

๐Ÿ‘‰india is symbol of unity and diversity. But everyone just wants to proof their religion best.๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

Well for me, being a citizen of independent country is not a big matter to be proud of. Presenting our country on global level in a good way will be much better than this.โœ”โœ”โœ”

Valuing our nation and its traditions will be much better than saying “hindustan jindabad”.

A single person can not come in fornt to raise his voice against corruption even he is provided with such rights but atleast each and every person should be his best to himself and to others. May be this chain would work.

Independent india sounds cool but it will be much better if the independent india is free of corruption.

We read in our social books, india got his name from indus valley civilisation. It will be better than if india really becomes more civilised. Raping a girl, sexual harrasments are no signs of being civilised. A civilised india should be represented worldwide.

Once again happy independence day. We are just a part of independent india, we did not played any big role yet. So if get chance just give your best to your own country.โ˜บโ˜บโ˜บ

    An eye opener one! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ
But let’s not forget the little goods done are usually put behind. Let’s value what we have, respect it and strive harder for the best!
It’s important to understand that being humane to one another is the only thing that can help us live together as a nation where our politics play the cards of divide and rule. Rapes and killing for the minutest reasons has become like a daily activity. The sensitivity is needed. When a rapist is provided security, not much is left to say on that!๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ณ

    happy independence day to you!!

whether the people of a country live “free and independent” or not makes no difference, i feel, regarding social injustices to those people. the human world in itself is not civilized. we may think it is, but it is really only a figment of our imagination. how a people are ruled, i feel, does not make them civilized. it takes humanity itself to be such and after thousands of years of being/becoming “human” we have only become more cruel to each other for we have technology to help us to be so on a grander scale. there s no equality with humans. and most likely there never will be. i have no answers for there are way too many questions and as humans, we are way too selfish and self absorbed for there not to be transgressions towards other humans.

but, as humans, we must try. maybe that is what makes us human?

    good post!
